Our facilities are not only at the cutting edge of technology but are also perfectly equipped to apply high-quality corrosion protection directly to your components. Our systems offer the ideal combination of advanced technology and professional expertise for the assurance of first-class factory coating.
In addition, our facilities enable us to provide a complete and comprehensive range of services for our customers.
SEPERO werk1 – Corrosion protection facility
Our corrosion protection works in Zeltweg, Alpinestraße, offers the ideal environment for applying corrosion protection to components in the factory. We can offer our customers factory-applied coatings and subsequent construction site coatings from a single source.
Classic corrosion protection is applied to steel components and galvanised surfaces in 5,000 m2 of hall space. Three indoor cranes with a total lifting capacity of 60 tonnes and an outdoor crane with a capacity of 20 tonnes are available for the manipulation. For surface preparation, a free-jet blasting cabinet (length 20 metres, width 6 metres, height 5 metres) with compressed air blasting systems and an impeller continuous blasting unit are available.
This Works also has a railway siding, so it is possible to bring components to us in Works 1 in an environmentally friendly way by rail.
SEPERO werk2 – Corrosion protection facility
Our plant in Zeltweg, completed in 2023 and considered to be the most modern coating plant in Europe, uses automated systems for surface preparation and painting and drying of components for electricity pylons.
With over 3,000 m2 of hall space and 20,000 m2 of outdoor storage space, we offer state-of-the-art duplex coating for mast components. Thanks to the use of automated sweep and coating systems, we can work even more efficiently and sustainably, which enables high-quality results with shorter throughput times.
We only use water-based paints. We produce the electricity required to operate the systems ourselves via our PV system.
This ensures that our operations are not only efficient, but also environmentally friendly.
This project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
